The Stamford Quarter in Altrincham is hosting a day of FREE Easter celebrations with family-friendly activities taking place on Saturday 11th April, from 11am to 3pm.
We’re celebrating Easter in style at Stamford Quarter with a fun-filled day of festivities on Saturday, 12th April from 12-4pm! Get ready for 'Hare’s Easter Picnic', a day packed with live music, delicious drinks, family-friendly activities, and all the spring vibes to kick off the Easter holidays.
From 12PM, Stamford Square will be transformed into a beautiful picnic garden, complete with al-fresco trestle tables and Easter lanterns. Keep an eye out for characters from the much-loved children’s book Hare and The Easter Eggs by Alison Uttley, hidden around the Stamford Quarter, just waiting to be spotted by little egg-hunters!
Feeling thirsty? Blush Bars will be serving up chilled rosé from their retro horsebox bar, alongside a refreshing non-alcoholic ‘Primrose Wine’ - as featured in the book!
It wouldn’t be a party without some tunes, and we’ve got live music from The Gershwin Gang to keep the atmosphere buzzing. Crafty types can get stuck into creative workshops hosted by Sostrene Grene, making it a great day out for the whole family.

Stamford Quarter presents 'A Taste of Creativity' as part of Altrincham's town wide 'Taste of Altrincham' festival. On Saturday 7th March from 12-4, we will be celebrating the role food plays is bringing people together.
This October half-term, Stamford Quarter will be taking part in a town wide spooktacular adventure as the town becomes enchanted for Halloween with a FREE Halloween trail, running from Friday 24th October until Sunday 2nd November.
