The Carrot Patch Celebrations | Saturday 11th April 11-3pm
The Stamford Quarter in Altrincham is hosting a day of FREE Easter celebrations with family-friendly activities taking place on Saturday 11th April, from 11am to 3pm.
Altrincham’s Stamford Quarter is celebrating the launch of its transformed public square with a huge street party on Saturday 31st August. With activities kicking off from 12PM and wrapping up at 8PM, there will be plenty for both families and friends to enjoy.
The festivities will take place in collaboration with local radio station Happy Radio, who will be taking over Stamford Square from 1-6PM to host a day of fun. A full lineup of local live musicians and DJs will take to the stage during the street party, including acclaimed Latino Jazz group Sam Q’s Night Patrol, high energy indie-pop band Parlaiz, local singer songwriter Imogen Paige and Happy Radio DJ Darren Proctor. From 6PM - 8PM, entertainment will then be provided by Nell’s Pizza’s resident DJ, taking the celebrations into the night.

A number of fun family activations will also take place across the day, including:
Cbeebies favourite Bluey will also be making special guest appearances from 3:15PM - 3:30PM and 4:15PM - 4:30PM with interactive singing and dancing for all the family to enjoy.
Boutique bowling brand Lane7, who recently opened their Altrincham site in the Stamford Quarter’s Foundation building, will also be rolling their very own ice cream van into Stamford Square and whipping up FREE soft serve.
Pop-up food traders will also be on site for the duration of the street party, serving up an array of globally inspired street food dishes.
