The Altrincham opening brings a slice of coastal inspired style to Manchester with the very latest SS25 collection available to purchase in-store. Crew’s committed team of staff will be on hand to welcome shoppers with an array of activations including gift cards for the first 20 customers who visit store with one lucky customer receiving a £100 gift card, a gift with purchase over £75, and ‘sip while you shop’, courtesy of Nyetimber.
Founded in Salcombe in 1993, the spirit of the coast continues to be woven into every stitch at Crew Clothing, and the signature style comes in the form of timeless pieces for men, women and children. These include an array of styles including heritage rugby shirts, relaxed but smart tailoring and the perennial classic, Breton stripe. Starting its journey in the back of a windsurfing shop, Crew remains a supporter of British sport and is a proud partner to the Lawn Tennis Association, Henley Royal Regatta, The Red Roses and Exeter Chiefs.
Crew Clothing’s Head of Marketing, Naomi Parry commented “It’s an exciting time for the brand as we continue to expand our retail offering, now with the addition of our Stamford Quarter store. We’re excited to welcome new and existing fans of Crew through the doors, and those customers that might have visited us at our nearby Wilmslow store.”
James Tootle, Head of Retail & Leisure, Bruntwood added:
“Crew Clothing is the perfect addition to the Stamford Quarter and its vibrant mix of retailers. It will be its first foray into Greater Manchester and this demonstrates the importance of the area as a leading retail destination for a wide range of customers. The brand’s heritage and hugely popular clothing range will be a hit with shoppers from the local area and further afield.”
Cllr Liz Patel, Trafford Council’s Executive Member for Economy and Regeneration, said: “It’s great news that Crew Clothing’s first Greater Manchester store will be here in the Stamford Quarter, among a host of other great brands and independent stores. This addition to the town’s retail scene reflects Altrincham’s growing status as a quality shopping destination.”
It joins the Stamford Quarter’s burgeoning community of independent stores and brands including Mountain Warehouse, Parasol, Utility, Holland Barrett, Gift & Home, Next, Boots, Flannels, Sostrene Grene and Nationwide.
