Stamford Quarter '12 Days of Giveaways' Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older.

2. Entry Method:

   • To enter the competition, participants must follow @StamfordQuarter on Instagram or Facebook and complete the specific entry requirements as stated in the giveaway post.
   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Competition Period:

   • The campaign will run throughout December 2024.
   • Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (GMT) on the final day of each giveaway. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. Prizes:

   • Each prize is generously provided by one of Stamford Quarter's retailers and may include items such as beauty products, dining experiences, or other exclusive treats.
   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection:

   • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
   • The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter within 48 hours of the competition closing.
   • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, a new winner may be selected.

6. Prize Collection:

   • All prizes must be collected in person at Stamford Quarter, Altrincham. Details of the collection, or booking process will be communicated to each winner.
   • Prizes will not be posted or delivered to winners. If a winner is unable to collect their prize in person, they forfeit the prize, and another winner may be selected.
   • The winner must bring a valid photo ID to redeem their prize.

7. Publicity:

   • By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this competition, without further compensation.

8. Privacy:

   • Personal information provided by participants will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for the prize fulfillment.

9. Disqualification:

   • Stamford Quarter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
   • Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.

10. Limitation of Liability:

    • Stamford Quarter and its partners accept no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical faults, network errors, or other reasons beyond our control.
    • Stamford Quarter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary, without prior notice.

11. General:

    • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
    • By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
